A Registered Nurse (RN) at Vejthani Hospital is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across various departments, including inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, surgical units, and specialty centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Monitoring Provide direct nursing care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures under physician supervision.
- Clinical Documentation Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with hospital protocols and JCI standards.
- Coordination and Communication Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists, and technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Patient Education Educate patients and families about health conditions, post-treatment care, medication usage, and lifestyle adjustments.
